Are there any hidden costs?
Nope, none at all. The monthly fee that you pay is for all the designs within the scope of the service package that you have. If you need something else designed and that doesn’t fall within the scope of your service package we’ll let you know and can get you a separate quote for that from the team at Creative Fabrik.
What does unlimited really mean?
In our Starter Package this is 8 projects per calendar month, we won't be working on all eight at one time so submit the projects and and when you need to but we will only be working on one or two of them at a time. In the Standard Package, with unlimited projects we will be working on three or four at any one time.
How do I send you my design tasks?
We have a specially created design request form on our platform which you will get a link to once you join us. We ask that all your design requests go through this platform as it allows us to keep track of all your requests and manage each request quickly.
What files do I get from you?
We send you any files that you need. Typically we send you back the file in the format you need it but we can supply all sorts of source files such as .pdf, .jpg, or .png.
Do you offer one-off designs?
Unfortunately, we can’t offer one-off design work. Our service is optimised to offer regular design work as part of a monthly subscription service rather than doing one-off tasks.

What is not included?
Our service is not suited for Video or motion graphics, extremely complex or fine art illustrations, fillable or interactive PDF documents, Photoshop art or complex photo manipulation, 3D / CAD, HTML / CSS / UI / UX, mobile or app design or programming/coding/development. Again if you do need a one-off design, we can refer you to Creative Fabrik who can help you.
Who owns the designs?
You own them. If we may use work we have done on our Gallery page of examples we have done from time-to-time that would be great but let us know if you’d don't want that to happen it's no problem! Also if you need us to sign an NDA too, we are fine with that as well!
What software do you use?
We use the latest versions of the Adobe Creative Suite which includes Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign for most tasks.

Can I speak to my designer on the phone?
By utilising a designers time to the maximum is one of the reasons that this service is affordable, we have account managers that you will receive an email for once your account is fully setup, you can email your account manager anytime and he will answer any more questions you have. We like to make sure that our designers can focus on doing what they do best – designing!
Can I use my own images?
If you have your own specific or licenced images, we can use these, just send them over when you submit the project.
How do I cancel my account?
Thats a real shame but we understand, just email your account manager and them them know that you want to cancel and we’ll do the rest from our end.

We are based in Colchester, UK but like many small businesses in this day and age, we are a remote business with our team spread far and wide. This helps us to keep costs down and provide an efficient service to you!
